| Howler Monkeys are named for the loud chorus of roars and howls they give at dawn, late afternoon and during rainstorms. They are, however, generally quiet, unobtrusive, slow-moving monkeys that live in small troups of usually 5-7 individuals. Most groups contain only one adult male. |
